Description
Quality care of our patients, patient satisfaction scores, and counselor job satisfaction are all sustained through consistent clinical supervision. Technology helps us avoid unintended interruptions to clinical supervision thus improving overall quality care of our workforce and the communities we serve. This presentation will provide both foundational and advanced tools for ethical and competent clinical supervision. Supervisors will learn how to leverage technology to support quality clinical supervision. Supervisees can benefit from this training by growing in digital literacy and learning how to partner with their supervisors more effectively. Additionally, we will review documentation practices, essential skills, and learn how to provide clinical supervision via tele and how it may be different than face-to-face.
