NAADAC’s 2022 Annual Conference & 50th Anniversary Celebration Was a Huge Success!

On October 7 - 12, 2022, hundreds of nationally recognized speakers, NAADAC and NCC AP leadership, and addiction professionals from across the globe gathered at the JW Marriott Indianapolis for the NAADAC 2022 Annual Conference & 50th Anniversary Celebration! 

NAADAC 2022 Annual Conference & 50th Anniversary Celebration attendees included NAADAC members, addiction professionals from across the country, nationally recognized speakers, exhibitors, and international addiction professional representatives. This six-day event included full-day pre-conference and post-conference sessions, daily plenary sessions with keynote speakers, 60 breakout sessions, poster presentations, a two-day Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Qualification/Requalification course, and special events. Attendees received up-to-date information from the top industry experts on the latest trends, practices, and critical issues that impact addiction professionals, networked with fellow addiction professionals and exhibitors from across the country, and had fun!

This year’s conference featured special events, including a NAADAC Education and Research Foundation (NERF) live auction and a 50th Anniversary Celebratory Awards Luncheon. Musician John McAndrew performed during the closing keynote session and at the NAADAC Education and Research Foundation (NERF) live auction, which was enjoyed by all and brought in a significant amount of money for the non-profit foundation. This year’s NAADAC Awards and President’s awards were presented to the respective recipients at the 50th Anniversary Celebratory Awards Luncheon, sponsored by Indiana Center for Recovery.
