The 31st GACA 2020 Spring Conference scheduled for Sunday, April 5 – Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at the Epworth by the Sea Conference Center in St. Simons Island, GA, has been moved to a Virtual Conference!

Throughout the three-day virtual experience, participants will continue to have access to one, two, three, and six-hour workshops on topics related to their work in the field of prevention, treatment, and recovery.

Special Track at the Conference:

The 31st GACA 2020 Spring Conference will hold a special Certified-Counselor-In-Training (CCIT) Certification Track which will provide a direct path to complete 20 hours of education, including a required 2-hour counselor in training orientation, 6 hours of ethical and legal requirements pertaining to the revised 42 C.F.R. Part 2, 6 hours of ethics for addiction counselors and 6 hours of telemental health. All of the aforementioned hours are requirements needed for the CCIT Certification Application.
