A Recorded Webinar

Many who find themselves established in recovery are left with a lingering, internal void that represents a lack of meaning or sense of purpose in life. This lack of meaning or purpose can be a constant threat to one’s recovery. With the right guidance, anyone can learn to uncover their purpose and find a greater sense of meaning, healthy passions, and natural sources of joy. This presentation will walk participants through a process of uncovering their purpose and learning to pursue activities that will provide the most meaning and personal fulfillment. This presentation is designed for experiential learning and will empower participants to use this work in their personal life and with clients in recovery.

Learning Objectives
  • Identify the unique activities that bring a natural sense of joy and excitement to their life and develop a plan for experiencing greater joy in the following 30 days.
  • Identify their personal strengths and explain how these strengths can be leveraged to experience greater meaning in life.
  • Explain a process for identifying one’s unique life purpose and will be able to lead others through this process.
