COVID Instructions for the NAADAC 2022 Annual Conference
The NAADAC 2022 Annual Conference & 50th Anniversary Celebration will take place in Indianapolis, IN, at the JW Marriott Indianapolis from October 7 - 12, 2022. All attendees MUST complete the below in order to attend #NAADAC2022.
NAADAC is partnering with ShareMy.Health, a HIPAA- compliant platform, to help ensure the safety and well-being of all conference attendees. In accordance with this event's COVID-19 health and safety policy, you will need to upload your records to ShareMy.Health prior to arrival to gain entry to the event.
You must provide proof of either:
- Full vaccination status, showing the final dose received on or before September 22, 2022, OR
- A negative third-party administered PCR COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of your arrival at the event.
Here’s What We Need From You:
STEP 1: Click here to activate your ShareMy.Health account with the same email address that you registered for the conference with.
STEP 2 – OPTION 1: If you have received a complete vaccination by September 22, 2022 and would like to provide proof of vaccination, click “Upload your vaccination” in ShareMy.Health.
STEP 2 – OPTION 2: If you are unvaccinated or do not wish to share proof of vaccination, you must take a third-party administered PCR Covid test within 72 hours (3 days) of your arrival and upload your results by clicking “Upload Your Test Result” in in ShareMy.Health. The “Upload Your Test Results” button will be available starting on Tuesday, October 5, 2022.
