Tier 1 Virtual Exhibit Booth with Video Chat - $1,250

Each Tier 1 Exhibit Booth includes the following items:

Custom Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Virtual Platform Sponsor: Exclusive – $15,000
    Be the exclusive sponsorship of the NAADAC 2021 Annual Conference Virtual Platform! The sponsorship includes logo recognition in conference communications to registered attendees where appropriate; logo on the login page splash screen; verbal recognition in opening session; logo in a featured spot on the home page and on most pages in the Virtual Conference Platform; and all of the additional benefits of the Platinum Sponsor Package. 
     
  • Commemorative T-shirt: Exclusive – $5,000 
    Commemorate this special conference by sponsoring the conference t-shirt. Send a special memento home to early bird registrants that will feature the NAADAC 2021 Annual Conference logo and your sponsor logo. Sponsorship is subject to approval by NAADAC. 
     
  • Sponsored Session – $2,000
  • Custom sponsor slides will be included during the pre-show of the session, the sponsor will have the opportunity for a 30-second promotional ad/video to play at the top of the scheduled education session, and a call-to-action to visit the sponsor booth will be made at the end of the session. A logo will be visible throughout the session.
     
  • Attendee Swag Box Insert: Non-exclusive – $1,000
    Include your company’s promotional flyer, small branded item, special offer, or product catalog in the Annual Conference Swag Box mailed directly to attendees two weeks before the conference. Branded items will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited space in the box. All items must arrive at the NAADAC office by September 27, 2021.
     
  • Virtual Conference Platform Banner Ad: Non-Exclusive – $1,000 
    Get noticed! A rotating ad will appear on most pages on the Virtual Conference Platform.
     
  • Live Vendor Demo: 3 available – $750
    Present your products and services live to NAADAC Conference Attendees. Each time slot includes a 10-minute live vendor demo of product or service, including a Q&A at the end of the presentation. The presentations will take place during a dedicated Vendor Showcase break on October 29. These vendor demos are your company’s chance to showcase hot topics or products. Attendees will be directed to visit the Vendor Showcase by NAADAC through announcements and email communications. The demos will be recorded and available on-demand through February 26, 2022.
     
  • Sponsored Announcement Notification – $250

  • Publication Resource Bin Insert: Limited Opportunity, Only 10 Available – $250 
    Include a promotional or creative piece or a link to your website in the Conference Publication Resource Bin. This piece can highlight your booth, your organization, a new product, or an activity. This opportunity will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
