This hybrid conference will provide attendees with the opportunity to attend briefings on current legislation, learn about important advocacy issues, and meet with Members of Congress. Exhibitor Information

Exhibits at the 2023 Advocacy in Action Conference & Hill Day at the Bethesda Marriott will be open on March 8 from 8:00am - 5:30pm ET.

Table Top Exhibitor $350

  • One 6’ skirted table with two chairs
  • Company header sign
  • One complimentary exhibit-only conference registration badge
  • Acknowledgment as an exhibitor on the NAADAC website
  • Description in the onsite program

Platinum Level Sponsorship ($1,500)

  • 2023 Advocacy in Action Awards Luncheon: Exclusive
    Raise your visibility by sponsoring the 2023 Action Conference & Hill Day Awards Luncheon on March 8 at 12:30pm - 2:00pm. Sponsorship includes a special thank you by NAADAC’s President at the podium, a logo on the thank you slide in the opening slide deck, and recognition on the NAADAC website and in other event promotions where appropriate.
     
  • 2023 Advocacy in Action Hill Day Debrief: Exclusive
    Promote your brand by sponsoring the 2023 Advocacy in Action Hill Day Debrief. Participants include Hill Day attendees, government agencies, and Members of Congress. Sponsors will be recognized with signage at the Debrief.

    Promote your company brand as attendees travel to Capitol Hill on the Hill Day Shuttle Bus! Sponsorship includes promotional item placed on the bus seats, logo prominently placed in the bus window, and recognition on the NAADAC website and in other event promotions where appropriate.

    Attendees will appreciate a continental breakfast at the start of their day. Benefits include signage recognition during breakfast.

Silver Level Sponsorship ($750)

  • Refreshment Break: Exclusive – 3 available
    Refreshment breaks provide attendees a free and convenient way to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and pastries on your company’s behalf without leaving the conference space. As the sponsor of a refreshment break, your company will be featured on signage during the breaks.

Bronze Level Sponsorship ($500)

  • Conference Session Sponsor: Exclusive – 6 Available
    Sponsoring an Advocacy in Action Conference session builds visibility for your brand and connects you with attendees.
