Virtual Exhibitor Information

Each virtual exhibit booth at the Fifth Annual Alaska Training Institute costs $300 and will include the following items:

  • Custom virtual exhibit booth with post-event analytics.
  • Video chat capabilities with booth visitors.

  • Company name, phone number, mailing address, website, and 50 words of promotional text.

    This opportunity includes custom sponsor slides during the pre-show of the session, opportunity for a 30-second promotional ad/video to play at the top of the scheduled education sessions, and a call-to-action to visit your sponsor booth at the end of the session. A top banner ad will be visible throughout the session. (One sponsorship per session.)
     
  • Conference App Banner Ad – $500
    Get noticed! A rotating ad will appear on selected pages in the virtual conference platform.
     
  • Sponsored Announcement Push Notification – $150
    Have your messages pushed to conference attendees through the virtual conference platform. Notifications are limited to 60 words and may contain website links.
     
  • Conference Resource Center Digital Insert – $150
    Include a promotional or creative PDF in the Conference Resource Center. This PDF can highlight your booth, a new product, or activity.
