Legislative Update and Post-Election Analysis
This year, NAADAC’s voice played a key role in shaping legislation to stem the opioid crisis. In this session, the Polsinelli team will provide an overview of the key policies advanced in the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act (H.R. 6), as well as the implications of the recent mid-term elections on the Congressional agenda.

Addiction Reimbursement Platforms Panel
Addictions treatment professionals play an extremely important role within the substance use disorder treatment ecosystem. Mr. Bailly will discuss Anthum's perspective concerning contracting and reimbursement for addictions professionals, including discussion of marketing level challenges. Ms. Cox will discuss Optum credentialing and contracting processes for various levels of substance use disorders care. She will address alternative payment models, as well as opportunities for medical behavioral treatment integration.
