Governor Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island will be one of the many elected officials standing up for recovery at the 2013 National Hub event in Providence, Rhode Island on September 21, 2013. Patrick Kennedy will be serving as the Grand Marshal, linking events around the nation and the world. Faces & Voices is partnering with the Rhode Island Rally4Recovery planning committee.
