DAADAC, the Delaware Association for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors.

The purpose of DAADAC, the Delaware Association for Addiction Professionals, is to:

Organize a constituency of professionals with unified goals in the prevention and treatment of alcoholism, drug addiction, and co-occurring disorders who primarily live and/or work in the State of Delaware.
Provide supportive services to the members of the Association.
Promote high standards of competency for those continuing employment in the field of alcoholism and drug addiction.
Promoting and supporting effective and standardized continuing education in the field of alcoholism and drug addiction.
Promote relationships with national, state, and private associations of alcoholism and drug addiction counselors and cooperate with other organizations which share our common interests.
Advocating for the recognition and promotion of the profession in public policy and law.

Mission
The mission of DAADAC, the Delaware Association for Addiction Professionals, is to promote and advocate for the profession of addiction professionals in meeting the needs of their clients and society in general.
