NCC AP Grandfather Credential Offer FAQs

What is the status of my application?

Applications are reviewed in order of receipt.  Due to the overwhelming response to the grandfather offer, processing time is currently 17-18 weeks from the date applications are received.  Thank you for your patience as we respond to the unprecendented amount of applications we have received.

Whe voicemail boxes of the NCC AP team are full; how do I get in touch with them?

While we requested professional references, we are not delaying the approval process if the references are the only documents missing from your application.  In the event your references have not been received, this will not interfere with your application being approved and the issuing of your credential.

The voicemail boxes of the NCC AP team are full; how do I get in touch with them?

Call volume is extremely high due to the Grandfathering Offer. We have hired more staff and they are working diligently to respond to all calls and emails in order of receipt. We thank you for your patience in allowing us the time to process and review applications and respond to all calls and emails.

When will I receive my new credential certificate?

Applications are reviewed in order of receipt and can take up to 16-17 weeks for review. Once reviewed and approved, certificates will be mailed within four weeks.

It says that the application fee of $100 is nonrefundable. If my application is rejected, do I get a refund?

No, refunds will not be given for rejected application or one that is incomplete. Please make sure to complete your applications and submit payment. We will notify you of areas of your application that are incomplete and allow time for you to complete your application. Applications will not be preapproved by phone or email.
