Student membership is available to individuals who are currently enrolled in a college/university or are currently involved in a full/part-time internship. Proof of student/intern status must accompany your membership application. Proof of student status may be a copy of your student ID card and transcript or a letter from your faculty advisor. Those involved in internships need to submit a letter from their supervisor to verify their status.

Please print, fill out the form and fax or mail your application with proof of your student status. Applications without proof of student status cannot be processed.
