This two-day practical, skills-based workshop is designed to prepare supervisors to implement a program of clinical supervision that is beneficial to counselors, clients and the agency as a whole. Core topic areas include: roles and definitions of clinical supervision; developing a supervisory alliance; modalities and methods of clinical supervision; tools for assessing performance; providing performance-based feedback; and facilitating counselor development.
