Part of the Essential Substance abuse skills webinar series, this training is designed to provide entry-level substance abuse counselors a review in preparation for the substance abuse certification/licensure exam and provide continued education for advance professionals. This session discusses models of group counseling and their application to substance abuse treatment, group dynamics, process and content concepts, appropriateness of various models and strategies for diverse groups.
