Part of the Essential Substance abuse skills webinar series, this training is designed to provide entry-level substance abuse counselors a review in preparation for the substance abuse certification/licensure exam and provide continued education for advance professionals. This session discusses building relationships and coordinating services and resources, reassessing readiness of change, referrals, information exchange, ethical issues, use of consultants and multidisciplinary team, client follow-up.
