The NAADAC Public Policy Committee is appointed by the NAADAC President. It oversees the work of the NAADAC Government Relations Department.

The responsibilities of PPC members include:

  • Participate in monthly conference calls
  • Provide direction and oversight to the Government Relations Department
  • Read and approve sign-on letters
  • Provide comments and feedback on NAADAC's written advocacy materials
  • Assist in the planning of the Advocacy in Action Conference
  • Build relationships with local, state and national policymakers
