This award recognizes an individual or entity who has established outstanding service through a lifetime of consistent contributions to the advancement of NAADAC, the addiction profession and its professionals.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Has worked in the profession of addictions a minimum of 25 years. 2. Has established through research, publications, presentations or by other means, the significance of the addiction field and its professionals 3. And by doing so has demonstrated leadership, service and contributions to the addiction field and its professionals. 4. Is supportive of NAADAC's mission and vision as well as NAADAC's Code of Ethics.
Nominating Information
1. To nominate an individual or entity, please submit a letter of recommendation which includes documentation of the sustained contribution this individual or entity has made in their lifetime to the addiction profession and its professionals. 2. Submit at least three (3) letters of support from three (3) different sources (individuals, organizations or agencies).

NAADAC does not pay for travel to the venue of acceptance. If the award winner cannot attend the presentation, the award will be sent to the recipient.
