NAADAC is pleased to announce its new partnership with 3DGrid Healthcare Solutions to help addiction professionals make sense of HIPAA regulations. HIPAA is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, legislation passed in 1996 establishing national standards that protect clients' privacy and personal health information. New HIPAA Security rules went into effect on April 21st, 2005. To help ensure your agency is following HIPAA privacy and security protocols, 3DGrid Healthcare Solutions in partnership with NAADAC, is available to make the process easier and more affordable.
