Youth in Long-term Recovery Needed to Help With Outreach and Education The Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), plans to host a meeting in the Spring of 2013, joining together a diverse group of young people (18-25 years old) in long-term recovery from substance abuse. Help find a group of ambitious young people in recovery to join together and collaborate on ideas for outreach campaigns and best-practices for educating American youth on substance abuse and recovery in different populations. Statements will be reviewed and participants will be selected by a team of SAMHSA staff. The statement should be no more than one page: one paragraph of biography and a second a paragraph describing their interest in this meeting.
